RETURN POLICY

Sales are final. However, certain condition might be taken. Please contact me on Allenerie.93@gmail.com or the contact page in order to discuss on a solution to your problem! I will try my best to help you with it =]

♢If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Damages and issues
♢ Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

♢ Please leave include your order number and also a picture of the damaged items

♢ Unfortunately damages that is caused by shipping process would not be taken into consideration.

♢ If there is a wrong order coming from my end, please let me know and I would like you to send back the wrong order back to me and I will replace you with the correct new order

♢ If there is a wrong order on your end, unfortunately there is no refund or exchange on the items. So please double check on your order and make sure you got the right item and variation of your selected items. I will be shipping your orders according to the information provided when checking out.

*** Please be advised that there are a lot of comments and messages on other platforms of social medias, there are also lots of alias names in social medias, so I wont be able to recognize or remember most comments made from those medias so please do double check your order to make sure we both got the right items!

♢ If you want to cancel your order, please do confirm and talk to me as soon or within 48 hours after your order. Because there is a chance I will be shipping the items within then! Once the items are shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.

 

Pre-order Items

♢ Please read carefully on when PRE-ORDER Items arrival time, they are items that will NOT be shipped immediately
♢ If you order an in-stock item with a PRE-ORDER items, all items under that one order will be shipped when the Pre-order items arrival time.
♢ If you would like to have the in-stock items to be shipped first, please put a separate order from the Pre-order items
 

SHIPPING

All ready/In Stock Items (Not pre-order items):
will be shipped within a week or two after the confirmation of payment
♢ Shipping includes packaging, such as bubble wrap, tape and other small handling that is needed
♢ Shipping is worldwide and I am using the most economical way within 'Canada post' or 'USPS' to make your items less expensive!

US & CANADA SHIPPIPNG

♢ Shipping usually takes around 4 days - 2 weeks (for US and Canadian)
♢Canadian Shipment by default wont received any tracking and insurance, there will be another additional charge if you required Tracking Number for it, if so required, please message me for details. Otherwise, I will NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITIES for any LOST or DELAYED packages caused by postal companies.
US package will by default received a tracking number if sent by USPS
♢ Shipping fare might vary depending on the item(s) that is shipped (ex. Book shipment cost is different from prints/keychain/etc)

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

♢Shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks or even more for International shipment. ***Please be advised close to or during the holiday season, shipping might be more delayed, please wait for another week or two if the items have not arrived by the estimation time.
♢International Shipment by default wont received any tracking and insurance, there will be another additional charge if you required Tracking Number for it, if so required, please message me for details. Otherwise, I will NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITIES for any LOST or DELAYED packages caused by postal companies..

 TARIFF/CUSTOMS

Taxes and Duties are not included. All international orders outside of Canada, please note that you'll be responsible for any customs/VAT/Tariff fees that may occur. It is illegal for me to change the price or mark the items as gifts on customs forms.

For customers from EUROPE, I will do my best to get everything correct to prevent parcel rejection to your countries. However, please note that in some cases where parcel rejection might still occurred, we can discuss further on the next steps or I will be able to refund your purchases after item(s) are shipped back. Please also be mindful of the tariff/custom/duties that will be applied. So please only pledge when you are okay with these conditions!

♢ For US Customers, with the current tariff situation, please be mindful that other than PRINT and TWILLY ITEMS the rest of the items might be subjected to tariff

FAQ ON SOME ITEMS

Q: My Acrylic stands/keychains look very blurry / scratchy / frosted when I got them: All Acrylic products comes with protective films on both sides, you can peel them so it will look as good as new!

Q: Can I machine wash the totebags/pouches?A: Yes you can!


Q: Can I machine wash / machin dry totebags/pouches that has gold foil on them?A: Hand wash and Air dry are suggested. Excessive heat will peel off the gold foils!


Q: What are the leather bags made out of and how long does it last?A: They are made out of PU Leather, they typically last for 1-2 years before peeling depending on exposure and care as well.
